Lucy and Ethel

I have a best friend. I hope everyone has one like mine. That person you know with out a shadow of a doubt you could call on anytime for anything, you know you can realx and be silly with and you'd do anything for them.
We both have a love for "I love Lucy" , I think it's because we can relate... You see we are both a little cooky and have the best time being that way. I like to say we take turns being Lucy or Ethel. When I do something not so bright that needs 'splain'n, she is the one I call and vis versa.
So with her birthday coming up this Saturday I began to formulate a plan for a "Lucy" themed cake. Now let me say I think I'm pretty good cook, but baking and decorating are not MY strong points (that's her strong point). I gave it a whirl and this is what I ended up with for my Lucy. Happy Birthday my bestie!
