July 4th Weekend 2010

I hope everyone had a safe and fun filled "long" weekend. Why do we call them long weekends? We get one extra day, and is it just me or does it feel like it goes FASTER? I think I'll just start calling them weekend extensions because it really doesn't feel long enough to call it a "long weekend". We had a good weekend extension! Yesterday was probably best. Big Daddy actually had the day off. Also a trem not really accurate. He is so go go go all the time that he even go go goes on his "day off". I think of them as "free work days". Where you catch up on all the work you don't get paid for. He did get to rest some which was nice. Then we went to my aunt and uncle's house for a cookout. The Princess and Prince had a blast! The Princess is doing so well in the pool! She taking swimming lessons and it has really been worth it!

We had a blast!
 

Then we played with just a few fireworks. It was a good finale to our weekend extension!
