Weekend Review

I know, it's late... this is usually done on Monday by lunchish but today the lil prince was a lil ill prince. Hopefully the tummy bug has gone on and won't bite any others in our home! Moving on to the weekend review because I so dislike my kids being sick I don't want to talk about it and I'm sure ya'll don't want details either!.

I got to attend a Pampered Chef party with some friends and that was fun. I'm hoping to host one soon. I love their stuff! This woman made a molten chocolava cake that was yummy! Then I went on to shop for my bridesmaid dress for my cousin's wedding. The dress is lovely and in a beautiful color! The only bad part was getting messured! UGH! I wanted to run to the nearest liposucking office and scream "CODE RED! Thunder thighs have taken on their own zip code!" But instead I stuck to my original plan and made homemade pizza!
Now, you all may have read a couple blogs ago that I made sourdough bread from scratch. Well I still have my starter going and I found a recipe for pizza dough. So I began pilling on toppings once I got the crust made. It turned out looking good and tasted great I thought! Big Daddy didn't seemed to impressed, but I liked it. Today my mother came by, I was about to warm up a piece for myself and she joined me. She said it was the best pizza she ever had. Of course she's my mother and possibly bias, but none the less it was nice to hear the compliment. Sunday, the Princess decided to wear Big Daddy's work boots. This made for a couple funny pics, would have made for more good pics if you could get the girl to be still long enough. It was a nice weekend, but a rough start to the week with lil man being yucky. Hopefully the rest of the week will be better, healthier.
