Good morning and welcome to EMT training.
You will be tested every Monday on the previous weeks information, if you fail - you're fired
You will be given a review test at the close of the class, if you fail - you're fired
You will be given a final after that test, if you fail - you're fired
You will then take the National Registry Test, if you fail - you're fired
So NO PRESSURE! 

Oh and just in case we don't have you sweating bullets by now and blood pressure pop'n through the roof:
We understand the you have recently moved up from rookies to hosemen due to dedicating the last year to studies and training. Sure you only recently gained the privileges that other fireman enjoy. But, for the next seven weeks we are going to treat you like rookies bc you're class is being given along with rookies that were just hired so rather than keep up with which ones are rookies and which 8 of you are hoseman we will just take all your new privileges away.
Oh and by the way, we screwed up and didn't have the right gear for these rookies to do the training they were suppose to do last week so we started class early and you're already a week behind.

So.... that's the short of it.... Big Daddy didn't have to great of a day yesterday...
